Privacy policy
In short: the app collects nothing about you. It uses your location on your phone and shares it only with Apple Maps, to work out a route. Below is more on what it does and why.
Summary
The EuroKey - CZ app collects no personal data and sends nothing to me. It uses no analytics, ads, tracking or third-party tools, and requires no account or sign-in.
Location
If you allow it, the app uses your location to show it on the map, measure how far places are, sort them nearest first and guide you. It asks only for “While Using the App” access.
While you navigate, the app also receives your location in the background, with the screen off or the phone locked, so it can keep giving you directions. The system shows the location indicator the whole time. Once you arrive or stop navigating, it no longer receives your location in the background.
The app doesn't store your location anywhere or send it to me. You can change its access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. Without it the app still shows the map and the list of places, just without distances and directions.
Maps and routes from Apple
The map and routes come from Apple Maps. When you open a place, the app sends Apple the starting point (your location) and the destination so it can work out the route. Apple processes this data under its privacy policy.
What stays on your phone
On your phone the app keeps only the places you opened recently and your settings (spoken directions, the screen while walking). You can clear the recent places in search; everything else is removed when you delete the app. The list of Euroklíč places is part of the app.
Spoken directions are produced by the phone itself; nothing is sent for them.
Data processed by Apple
If you have allowed your device to share analytics with app developers, Apple may make anonymous aggregated usage statistics and crash reports available to me. This data does not identify you, and you can turn sharing off at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements. Apple processes it under its own privacy policy.
If you write to me
“Email the Developer” in the app's Settings prepares an email with the app version, device model and iOS version filled in. You see all of it before you send it, and can delete anything.
If you email me, I use your address and message only to reply to you, and keep the message only as long as that requires. I, Miroslav Tourek, am the controller of this data. You have the right to access, correct and erase it, and you can contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).

Changes
If a future version of the app handles data differently, I'll update this policy before it's released. The current version is always at this address.
